STD Screening
If you are sexually active, have had multiple partners or have any concerns that you may be infected then it is vital you have an STD check. This testing is carried out at a specialised clinic called a GUM (Genito-urinary medicine) Clinic.
Your GP can arrange an appointment for you or you can contact the clinic yourself. Either way you must never feel embarassed about attending a clinic. It is better to get treatment now rather than store up complications for later.
